A true lunch ride -- ~ 1.5 hrs from SNV to Sonic, then ~ 25 mins back to SNV.

- 9/23/10 -- Mike K and Scott T. We found 2 cows on the road, in addition to the usual complement of ground squirrels.

This would be a 3-hour ride home, with 2:15 of it getting to the eastern side of the Caldecott Tunnel.

9/29/10: Rode w/ Chris. Skyline is awesome. We ended up missing Grizzly Peak and took Tunnel Rd. over the Caldecott.

On 84 in Redwood City, head over the ridge toward the coast. Take a left on Pescadero Rd; Duarte's is in "downtown" Pescadero. Food and service are OK, expect about $20/head.
After lunch, head out to the beach, then take Hwy 1 up a few miles to San Gregorio, then 84 back out to Woodside.
